Everyone at Scantek realizes the difficulties that arise when trying to
conform to NFPA 70E standards and maintain a thorough preventive
maintenance program. That is why we created the TurnKey Inspection
Service! All of our infrared inspections are NFPA 70E compliant, but
the TurnKey service takes infrared inspections to the next level of
safety and convenience.
Our TurnKey
Inspection Service is an extension of our normal NFPA 70E compliant
infrared inspections. Standard inspections require qualified plant
personnel to assist with panel removal/replacement. Our TurnKey
inspections don't require any assistance from plant maintenance
personnel. The Scantek Technician will remove all electrical panel
covers, perform the infrared/ultrasound/visual inspection, and replace
all covers unassisted. Barrier tape will be utilized in high traffic
areas to prevent unauthorized entry. This greatly increases the safety
of plant employees, limits your liability, and reduces interruption of
maintenance personnel day-to-day schedules, all while helping you stay
within your NFPA 70E safety policies!
